How do I pay for Elite?
Head to the Upgrade page and pay securely by card, or use one of the local payment options listed there.
When does my access start?
Card payments unlock Elite as soon as the payment clears. Other methods are confirmed by your trainer, usually within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds once Elite access is granted and plans are assigned. Please contact us before payment if you have questions.
How long is a subscription?
Subscription length is confirmed by your trainer when they approve your payment. Ask your trainer for current pricing and duration.
What happens at the end of my subscription?
Your Elite access expires and your plans become locked. You can renew at any time.
Will my plans change over time?
Yes. Your trainer can assign updated plans as you progress. More advanced plans become available as you build consistency.
